The production process of silicone products is injection of liquid silicon rubber (known as LSR) Material is injected into a mold, where the material is heated and crosslinked.

we can inject products in a variety of hardness’s from 20 Shore A to 80 Shore A. The process requires manufacturing of a mold suited to each product as well as to the manufacturing machine. Manufacture of the specific mold requires a particular engineering expertise.

Injection process is used for high-volume production. The process is very accurate, stable and gives a high level of reproducibility.
